(PRESS RELEASE) Karen Pearse’s lightweight agglomerate slabs begin with bottles sourced from local recycling programs. These are shredded into pellets and mixed with natural quartz before extruding and printing.

The factory’s advanced water treatment system recycles 85% of the water used in manufacturing. Any material that does not meet quality standards is reintegrated into the production line.

Sustonable’s low-carbon manufacturing processes with minimal waste set a new standard for engineered and solid surfaces. As a Karen Pearse exclusive product, we believe it is important to introduce this to the market, highlighting our commitment to sustainability. These surfaces are also NSF certified, guaranteeing suitability for commercial food preparation environments.

The lightweight design cuts emissions during transport and allows for quick and easy installation. Available in two sizes, 102 3/8″ X 31 ½” and 130″ X 31 ½”, and both a 6mm and 8mm thickness, these versatile surfaces can be easily cut to any size needed for your next project.
