WHY SHWETHA?
An architect specialized in retail experiences, Shwetha has worked for a range of national and international brands across a variety of formats and categories. Seeing designs from concept through completion, she encourages her team to hone their design skills. Looking to expose herself to more experiences, Shwetha is an avid traveler and has an interest in observing “how things are done similarly or differently around the world.” Her coworkers describe her as a fun-loving person who has a lot of energy, which is evident through her dynamic work.

Who has been the greatest influence on your work?
I was lucky enough to grow up around my family’s construction business and watch my father create spaces for people and also keep his artistic passions alive. He has been my greatest influence in life and has helped me realize my passion for design.
Describe a recent project that you were involved in.
It was an experience center for AIS, for pre-fabricated glass door and windows … how the aesthetics, function, digital integration and branding blended to create an impactful, immersive experience is something I’m proud of.
