Two high-profile brands have opened new flagships in Europe. They are:

* KFC Europe (Lausanne, Switzerland) has taken the wraps off its latest European flagship store, in Rome. The two-level, 10,000-square-foot eatery is near the Trevi Fountain. “This opening marks a significant milestone in our journey to establish KFC as a leading brand across Europe, and reflects our strategic focus on iconic locations that bridge history and modern relevance,” said Dhruv Kaul, Managing Director KFC EMEA, a unit of Yum! Brands.

* Puma (Herzogenaurach, Germany), which has opened the doors to its first European flagship, on London’s Oxford Street. (See photo gallery below.) In a news release, CEO Arthur Hoeld described the 24,000-square-foot stores as “a powerful platform to engage directly with consumers, showcase our latest performance innovations and strengthen our brand presence in one of the world’s most influential retail destinations. This space not only highlights our product excellence, but also celebrates our heritage and long-standing connection with elite athletes.”
