* India-based jeweler CaratLane (Chennai) has opened its second U.S. store, the Dallas suburb of Frisco. “Located within the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex—home to one of the largest Indian American populations in the country—the new store is strategically positioned to serve families seeking jewelry that connects them to their heritage while complementing contemporary lifestyles,” the retailer said in a news release. A unit of the Tata conglomerate, CaratLane opened its first U.S. store in late 2024 in Edison, N.J.

* Furniture retailer Cozey (Montreal) will soon take the wraps off its latest U.S. retail location, in LA’s Venice Beach district. The 5000-square-foot showroom is a long-term pop-up, slated to operate at 1220 Abbot Kinney Blvd. from April 8 through the end of the year. Cozey also said it plans to open permanent stores later this year in Montreal and New York following successful pop-up runs in those cities.

* Dylan’s Candy Bar (New York) has unveiled a store at the Atlantis Paradise Island resort in the Bahamas. “Atlantis Paradise Island has such an incredible sense of fun and escape, and I can’t imagine a more perfect place to bring our colorful world of candy to life,” Founder and CEO Dylan Lauren said in a news release. The new store is the brand’s fourth; the others are in New York, East Hampton, N.Y., and Los Angeles.
