A trio of noteworthy new restaurants recently opened in New York. They are:

* Patty Palace by Chef Kwame, which has debuted at the Time Out Market in Union Square. Located at 124 E. 14th St., chef Kwame Onwuachi’s newest concept spotlights the Jamaican patty. Onwuachi is a James Beard Award-winning chef, restaurateur and author, whose specialty is Afro-Caribbean dishes.

* Rosa Mexicano, which has opened its all-new Lincoln Center location at 44 W. 63rd St. The restaurant is housed on the mezzanine of the Empire Hotel, near its previous home of more than 25 years. Designed by an in-house team in partnership with New York-based The Ensemble and The Floratorium, the new Rosa Mexicano seats more than 400 guests across its main dining room, multiple bars and a private dining room.

* Yasubee Ramen, which has taken the wraps off its first U.S. locale, at 253 W. 26th St. in Chelsea. The Tokyo-based concept features tsukemen, a dish in which the noodles are served on the side and dipped into broth.
