VMSD is saddened to share the news of the passing of Paul F. Pizzini, former EVP, Creative Director of Miller Zell Inc. and former President/Chair for the Atlanta/Southeast Chapter of the Retail Design Institute. He was most recently the Principal and Creative Director of his own firm, Pizzini Design. Paul passed away peacefully at his home in Marietta, Ga., July 9.

Obituary: Paul F. Pizzini

Born Oct. 2, 1949, Paul graduated St. Joseph High School in Cleveland, Ohio, in 1967, and received his BFA from the Cleveland Institute of Art in 1972. Described as an avid Packers fan, Paul was a member of Transfiguration Church. He is survived by his wife, son, daughter-in-law, two grandsons, brother and sister-in-law. A mass celebrating Paul’s life will take place July 18, 4 p.m. ET, at the Transfiguration Catholic Church located at 1815 Blackwell Rd. in Marietta, Ga.
