IN RECENT YEARS, Florida-based Ideal Nutrition has evolved from an online meal-prep platform into a brick-and-mortar operation spanning 12 locations in Miami to Tampa. Partnering with Neuvio Architects (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.), the brand developed a scalable 1200-square-foot prototype centered on “refrigerated theater” – glass-fronted coolers that showcase 450-500 meals.

The layout supports three customer journeys: quick pickup, browse-and-buy and in-store consultation, blending efficiency and personalized service. Bright white finishes, natural wood accents and 4000K LED illumination underscore the brand’s health-forward ethos.
