Panel Processing, Inc. Purchases Certain Assets of National Display Group

Alpena, MI- June 1, 2016 – Panel Processing, Inc., headquartered in Alpena, MI, has purchased certain assets of National Display Group in Pennsauken Township, New Jersey. This acquisition builds upon the company’s strategic investments to better position them throughout the country. Panel Processing, Inc. will now be located in six states with over 11 manufacturing plants. The New Jersey location will strengthen the existing business and expand its market leading wood components business to better serve the East Coast.

National Display Group is thick board fabricating plant that manufactures and assembles laminated display units and produces slatwall for various markets. Panel Processing of New Jersey, Inc. will be a subsidiary of Panel Processing Inc., which has been in business for more than 45 years. Panel Processing Inc. has evolved from a small pegboard manufacturer into a leading custom flat panel fabricator and coating specialist. PPI and its subsidiaries serve a variety of markets direct and through distribution including retail fixture, P.O.P. display, packaging, furniture, toy and game, digital print signage, cabinets, etc.
