A pair of pizza-pie makers have unveiled expansion plans:

• PizzaForno (Toronto), an automated pizzeria, has signed a 40-unit development agreement in Michigan. The expansion has started with two pizza-vending machines at the Amazon Distribution Center in Grand Rapids in partnership with sub-licensee DM Vending, along with locations at a Sunoco gas station in Clarkston, at the Oakland Mall in Troy and at Mott College in Flint. Beyond that, the development deal with Forno Brothers LLC calls for bringing 10 more units to the state in 2025, with the remaining to open by 2026. Overall, the business has 60-plus locales.

• Little Caesars (Detroit) will launch its first location in Cambodia on Nov. 10 in Koh Pich, near Phnom Penh. The pizza maker’s entry into Cambodia, led by local franchise partner Neak Oknha Rithy Sear of Worldbridge Group, marks the brand’s 29th country of operation. A second Cambodian location is also in the works for early 2025, but details on specifically where and when have not been released. Little Caesars has a total of 4200-plus locales.
