PRI's 2016 Digital Retail Forum at DSE

This one-day forum will focus on changes in consumer shopping preferences and how retailers must adapt, March 15

PRI’s all-new Digital Retail Forum will focus on how changing consumer shopping preferences are causing retailers to transform the way they do business. Much of this change is supported by customer-facing technologies, from digital signs and equipping employees with smart phones and tablets, to those that are required to support an omni-channel business model. Opportunities increase through the use of Wi-Fi to understand customer behavior and RFID tags to locate merchandise, as well as the growth of big data analytics.

Forum attendees will hear case studies presented by retailers, content producers, architects and others to gain insights into these and other leading-edge issues. In addition, attendees will learn best practices, understand the potential return on these investments, and how to generate actionable insights to improve the customer experience and reduce operating costs.

The forum will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., March 15, the day before Digital Signage Expo, in room N254 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
