Mytheresa (Munich) and Flamingo Estate (Los Angeles) have returned to the Hamptons with a summer pop-up. This year, the experiential destination in East Hampton, N.Y., is home to the “Railroad Racetrack,” featuring fashion, accessories, fine jewelry and watches from Mytheresa, along with a Flamingo Estate “Inconvenience Store” stocking a variety of apothecary and pantry products.

The space’s design takes cues from its building’s past, riffing on racetrack motifs. The store, which sits across the street from the town’s railroad station, features a miniature racetrack garden equipped with race cars and Mytheresa products; other highlights include custom-fabricated arena seating, a game room with racing video games and a VIP lounge where clients can browse product that includes exclusives from such brands as Toteme, Khaite, Valentino, Etro, Dries Van Noten and Missoni.

In addition to the venue itself, daily programming there includes special product introductions from Etro, Missoni, Savette and others, personal energy readings with a healer and cocktails/in-person shopping with designers.

New to the partnership is year is Porsche, which will display its new all-electric SUV, the Macan, and offer test drives in its all-electric sedan, the Taycan.

The pop-up will operate Thursdays to Sundays, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., until Aug. 18.
