Rainier Industries Acquires Outdoor America Images Corporation

Deal will allow Rainier Display to offer a full suite of design, print and project management services

(PRESS RELEASE) TUKWILA, WA — Rainier Industries announces the acquisition of Outdoor America Images (OAI) Corporation, located in Tampa, Fla.

Together, Rainier Display and OAI offer a full suite of services including design, print, dimensional fabrication (wood and metal), project management and installation – nationwide. Each organization is well established with designers and other wholesalers, and this merger is will strengthen and broaden those relationships.

Key practice areas for both organizations include Sports Marketing, Events and Venues, Out of Home Advertising, Corporate Branded Environments, Industrial Art, Retailer Branding and Product Activation, and Tradeshow Marketing, to name a few.

The Rainier/OAI partnership, in the short-to-medium term, will be the continuation of each brand individually, with long term growth goals of becoming the premier visual branding company in the United States.
