Jason Hollar has been named the new chief financial officer of Sears (Hoffman Estates, Ill.), replacing former CFO Robert A. Schriesheim.

Hollar began at Sears in 2014 as senior vp of finance, overseeing the financial planning and analysis function, the business finance relationship with centralized finance, and procurement, according to a press release. Prior to that, he was vp and corporate controller at Gillingham, U.K.-based Delphi Automotive.

“In his time with the company, Jason has been focused on driving efficiencies and creating value as our company undergoes rapid change,” said Edward S.
