Simon Property to Expand Four Outlets

Simon Property Group Inc., the Indianapolis-based owner, developer and manager of high quality retail real estate, announced that its Premium Outlets division will expand four Premium Outlet properties located in California, Florida, Illinois and Washington.

The four expansions will add an aggregate of 450,000 square feet and include a 140,000-square-foot expansion at Desert Hills Premium Outlets, in Cabazon, Calif.; 80,000 square feet at Orlando Premium Outlets – Vineland Ave.; 130,000 square feet to the 440,000-square-foot Chicago Premium Outlets; and an addition to the 400,000-square-foot Seattle Premium Outlets
