Tesla (Austin, Texas) has unveiled its first diner/charging station, in West Hollywood, California. The two-story retro-futuristic restaurant, clad in stainless steel and inspired by the design of Tesla’s Cybertruck, features a parking lot with 80 charging stalls for EVs and two 66-foot LED screens meant to emulate the experience of a drive-in movie, indoor and outdoor seating, robot servers and a menu of classic American comfort food.

In its coverage of the diner’s opening, CNBC reported that Tesla CEO Elon Musk has said that if the West Hollywood locale is successful, the concept could be expanded to other cities.
