TJ Maxx (Framingham, Mass,) has rolled out a double-decker bus that will take fans who won a drawing for a road trip to the brand’s stores in three cities during this holiday season. Dubbed the Maxxinista Express in honor of the discount chain’s most fervent customers, the tour will make stops in Los Angeles, Dallas and Miami.

The off-price retailer described the Maxxinista Express as “a festive, fashion-forward showcase of everything shoppers love about being part of the Maxxinista community. Every detail of the bus is designed with Maxxinistas in mind, transforming their experience into a rolling celebration of their favorite traditions.”

In keeping with that idea, the bus is outfitted with Maxx-printed wrapping paper and needlepoint pillows featuring fan-favorite phrases, tour-exclusive merchandise and custom cubbies for each guest to store her shopping hauls.

“The Maxxinista Express is an ode to our superfans who proudly share their TJ Maxx adventures, going from store to store in search of the latest viral accessory or coveted designer find,” said Christina Lynch, VP, Marketing Director, at the chain, which has 1300-plus stores in 49 states and Puerto Rico.

The bus’s first stop took place Dec. 4 in Los Angeles. The promotion’s other two events will take place Dec. 11 (Dallas) and Dec. 18 (Miami).
