New York is adding two more notable pop-ups to its crop of temporary retail spaces for this year’s holiday shopping season. H&M (Stockholm) has revealed plans for a pop-up space in New York City’s Nolita neighborhood that will run from Oct. 24 to Dec. 29, while digital native brand Cozey (Montreal) is operating a temporary store in SoHo from now through Jan. 10.

Here’s a bit more about each of those spaces:

H&M: The fast-fashion retailer’s store “will surprise customers and offer a memorable and immersive experience showcasing the very best of the brand’s fashion identity,” the retailer said in a news release. Located at 372 Broome St., the store follows the recently opened H&M SoHo store.

“This new pop up is a celebration of the H&M brand and an opportunity for us to continue to show up for our customers in new ways,” says Michael Beaumont, Regional Head of Expansion for H&M Americas. “We’ve been experimenting with new store concepts and design in New York City, such as our recently opened H&M SoHo location, with the aim of building modern, engaging spaces for our customers. With our H&M Nolita pop up, as well as our multitude of other store openings in top cities across the Americas this fall, we’re excited to build on our strong heritage while embracing the future.”

Cozey: Located at 210 Lafayette St., the two-level home furnishings retailer will have 12,000 square feet of selling space. “While we’ve had an online presence in the U.S. for over a year, we couldn’t be more excited to say a real ‘hello’ to our American customers, and directly engage with our communities,” says Founder and CEO Frédéric Aubé.

The NY pop-up comes on the heels of the opening of Cozey’s inaugural brick-and-mortar location, which opened in Toronto in March, followed by pop-ups in Montreal and Vancouver.
