Two on-the-rise Asian fashion brands have unveiled plans to continue expanding their footprints in the coming year:

After spending last year making an entry into such Southeast Asian countries as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines, China fast-fashion brand Urban Revivo (Guangzhou) is setting its sights on having a physical presence in the major fashion capitals worldwide, including London, New York City, Tokyo, and Hong Kong. “As a brand committed to globalizing fashion retail, our breakthroughs in overseas markets during 2024 have been remarkable,” said CEO Richard Tang, whose company currently has about 400 stores in Asia. “The continuous opening of new stores reflects not just our expansion speed but also strong market confidence in Urban Revivo. Our performance in Southeast Asia exceeded expectations with several stores becoming profitable immediately upon opening.”

Also on the grow (and based in Guangzhou) is KK Group, which consists of the lifestyle brand KKV, makeup brand The Colorist and the soon-to-launch culture brand X11. Like Urban Revivo, KKV’s expansion markets for 2024 centered on Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines, and The Colorist made its debut in Malaysia. Looking ahead, the group plans to take wraps off the X11 brand in an as-yet disclosed location in Southeast Asia in 2025, and take its KKV flag to Singapore in the first half of the year.
