Woods Bagot Welcomes Kevin Roche as Global North America Retail Sector Leader

August, 2019 — Kevin Roche has joined Woods Bagot as the Global | North America Retail Sector Leader. Based out of the Los Angeles studio, Roche will amplify and elevate Woods Bagot’s presence in this market.

Roche has 40 years of experience leading the strategic integration of architecture, planning, merchandising, marketing and branding, in the retail, entertainment and hospitality industries.

He spent the last ten years in Paris and Hong Kong leading a team that transformed LVMH Group’s Duty Free Stores (DFS) and downtown T Gallerias into profitable and upscale shopping destinations. Previously, as CEO of Fitch Worldwide, a design and marketing communications company, he presided over 18 global offices.

Roche’s career milestone projects include LVMH’s Le Bon Marché and La Grande Epicerie in Paris; Selfridges Group de Bijenkorf’s Department Stores throughout the Netherlands; the Rotterdam City Center, and the Meadowood Resort and the Wine Reserve in Napa Valley.

An engaging and seasoned public speaker, Kevin has given talks at the University of Cincinnati, the World Retail Congress, the International Association of Department Stores Conference and L’Oréal’s Beauty Conference. He will address the Columbia Business School Annual Retail Forum in New York on August 7th.

Kevin is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College of Design, Architecture, Art and Planning which honored him with a Distinguished Alumnus Award. He is also a member of the school’s Alumni Master Forum.
