Despite the multitude of challenges the industry has faced since the start of the Covid pandemic, retailers have still been making spectacular statements through holiday windows using a combination of static/classic visual merchandising techniques, interactivity and augmented reality.

In light of the tech advances, tried and true VM still reigned supreme with many static windows featuring attention-grabbing details, vibrant hues and creatively displayed product.

Another trend that carried into this holiday season were larger-than-life displays being implemented outside the store window, like Beverly Hills’ Rodeo Drive installation – a massive holiday themed trolly that lined the famous retail corridor.
