A Change at Koala Bear

Koala Corp. (Denver), manufacturer of Koala Bear baby-changing stations (and other infant-protection and child-activities products), has announced that Mark Betker resigned as president and ceo. Executive vp James Zazenski has been named president and coo and the board of directors has begun an immediate search for a new ceo.

As executive vp and gm since 1997, Zazenski has been responsible for many of the operational, sales and managerial functions within the company's primary business segments.

Betker, who joined Koala as president and ceo in 1995, has also resigned his post as chairman and director. He will continue to provide consulting services to the company.
