A London FCUK

French Connection PLC (London) has opened its largest store to date, on Oxford Street. The retailer described the new location as “The world's greatest FCUK,” a reference, of course, to the company's corporate name, French Connection, U.K. Three floors, including menswear, womenswear and accessories, spread over 15,000 square feet.

The store's exterior is highlighted with neon lighting. Inside, the retailer's newest concept, FC Spa, features cosmetics and bath and body products near the store's entrance. Giant graphics on the back walls differentiate specialized areas, like the groundfloor denim department, and shelving is fabricated from stainless steel and glass. Glass is used throughout the store, from the suspended, glass cashier counters to the glass staircase at the rear of the store. Etched glass walls at the front of the first level, and behind the staircase, feature projected images of the company's latest advertising campaign.
