MANAGEMENT CHANGES
MaxLite (West Caldwell, N.J.) appointed Daniel Yang as director of Asia Pacific operations, where he will oversee manufacturing operations for Asia. The company also added new offices in Seoul, Korea.
PAVE (Hollywood, Fla.) elected three directors to its board, including Mike Haddon, coo of American Installation Companies (Plymouth, Minn.); John Klimkowski, operating vp, creative director of visual and merchandise presentations at Bloomingdale’s (New York); and Jim Schubert, president of Showbest Fixture Corp. (Richmond, Va.).
STORE OPENINGS
Brio Tuscan Grille (Columbus, Ohio) opened two restaurants in Baltimore and Rockville, Md. The new venues represent the company’s newest additions in Maryland since 2009.
Crumbs Bake Shop (New York) expanded to Boston with its first store near South Station. The company says it plans to add more shops in the city later this year.
Audi (Ingolstadt, Germany) opened a dealership in Beverly Hills, Calif., marking its eighth dealership in the Los Angeles area. The new location was opened in partnership with Fletcher Jones Jr., which is part of the Fletcher Jones Family of Fine Dealerships, a privately held automotive group.

Aeropostale Inc. (New York) reports its net sales decreased 4 percent in the last quarter of 2011, with an overall 2 percent decrease for fiscal 2011. Same-store sales were down 9 percent for the same period.
