Allbirds (San Francisco) has opened one of its largest stores to date in Boston, set at 3700 square feet. The new store at the Prudential Center includes natural materials throughout its design and features custom wood try-on chairs, unusual mirrors and a custom service desk sourced from New England, according to a press release. Each product in store also clearly has its carbon footprint information displayed for customers to browse.
“Boston is really starting to feel like home for us at Allbirds, and we are so excited to be opening our fifth – and largest – store in the region,” says Tim Brown, Co-Founder, Co-CEO, Allbirds. “Boston is a city that has always been at the cutting edge of cultural innovation, and we are delighted that locals have embraced our brand and mission.”
Special edition wooden pins inspired by turtles native to the Fens are available in store along with tote bags highlighting the local area’s yellow-crowned night heron.
