Allegheny Trico Earns Women-Owned Business Certification

Allegheny Trico (Bradford, Penn.) is officially certified as a woman-owned business by the Washington, D.C.-based Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

This certification demonstrates the company's commitment to diversification in the workplace and support of women and minority groups across the globe.

The WBENC, founded in 1997, is the largest third-party certifier of businesses owned, controlled and operated by women in the United States.  It offers training and tools to assist corporations in implementing supplier diversity programs, and fosters diversity in the world of commerce.
