American Eagle Launches in London

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. (Pittsburgh) will open three London stores this month in time for the holiday shopping season, marking its entrance into the London market. A 10,000-square-foot unit will open Friday at Westfield White City, American Eagle’s first mall store in the U.K.

On deck is a 12,500-square-foot unit at Westfield Stratford opening on Nov. 17, followed by a 6000-square-foot Bluewater location launching on Nov. 21, reports Women’s Wear Daily.

The two larger store formats will feature American Eagle’s full apparel and accessory lines, including the signature denim collection, and house the intimates concept Aerie in a shop-in-shop format.
