Timothy P. Devine Jr., AIA, NCARB has joined api(+) as Vice President + Director of Operations to add strength to the executive team, and to provide technical support and operational direction firmwide. He is responsible for leadership of project delivery and staff development. His responsibilities include development and maintenance of innovative technology and ensuring quality through all stages of the project design lifecycle.
Tim was previously Associate Principal, Operations with Hoefer Wysocki, a Kansas City based interdisciplinary architecture, planning and interior design firm of more than 150 employees. He is a proven leader in progressing and refining technology and operational systems, and works to implement new tools, to improve business functions, and to build engagement in our collaborative design process.
In his 30 plus year career, Tim’s experience in traditional architecture, engineering and design build practices has spanned across the retail, restaurant, mixed-use, commercial, multifamily, healthcare and energy sectors with a multitude of high caliber clients.
His straight-forward approach and service orientation blends well with api(+)'s dedication to quality services.
