Axis Display Group Adds Senior Project Manager

When Axis Display Group set out to expand its project management team, we knew we needed someone with a sharp mind, quick wit, and an ability to see the trees, the forest, and the whole damn planet all at the same time. Enter Kristina.

Kristina Olsen-Bloom is a woman who takes no prisoners. She is warm and kind, but downright serious when it comes to streamlining processes and keeping track of bottom lines.

Her robust experience in IT Systems Administration, Business Consulting, Analysis, and Project Management makes her a fluid, multi-faceted, and insanely talented asset to any team or project. Kristina received a B.A. degree in History with a Pre-Law concentration from Lewis University. She is also certified as a Six Sigma Lean Green Belt and in ITIL Foundations. Currently, Kristina is studying to take the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam later this year.

Kristina comes to AXIS with over 14 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and Channel Merchandising Operations for some of the nation’s most recognizable companies, such as Ulta Beauty, McDonald’s, Diageo, and Kellogg's. From process improvement, vendor communication, and database management, to risk analysis, workflow development, and project coordination, we have yet to find something she is not capable of improving.

“I love how Kristina approaches each and every task with confident fearlessness. She goes and gets what others avoid, and has proven time and time again that accountability, hard work, and determination are the necessary building blocks to success.” – Ellette Thomas, President, ADG

As Senior Project Manager with Axis Display Group, Kristina will act as a process ninja. In other words, Kristina will own each and every process of day-to-day project operations – from arranging initial project scopes and timelines to overseeing production and installation schedules.

Her analytical and consultative nature will prove integral in further streamlining client, vendor, and stakeholder communication so that each and every individual remains informed and accountable to their objective. Additionally, Kristina will work to optimize internal operations.

“TeamAxis strives together to break the status quo and deliver greatness. I was quickly impressed with the team’s innovative and progressive approach to all aspects of their business and culture. I'm excited to join and collaborate with such a creative and dedicated team committed to that idea of greatness, while truly inspiring others to reach their full potential.” – Kristina Olsen-Bloom, Sr. Project Manager, ADG.

When Kristina is not killing it at the office, she fills her time with the most important job of all: being a mom. She has an immense passion and aptitude for helping young women grow and develop their potential and has spent numerous years pouring into this through coaching Cheerleading, Poms, and Dance for children of all ages. Kristina also enjoys all things history, reading, and photography.
