Quick-casual fresh Mexican chain Baja Fresh Mexican Grill (Irvine, Calif.) announced the grand opening of its first Singapore location at the Rendezvous Gallery on Bras Basah Road. The 2000-square-foot restaurant is owned and operated by Gloria Foods Pte. Ltd.

“We are confident that our newest restaurant will be a great addition to the culturally diverse palates of the island’s residents and guests and will further reinforce Singapore’s image as a truly international city,” says Baja Fresh president Charles Rink. “We look forward to future growth in Singapore and additional international Baja Fresh Mexican Grill locations.”

Founded in 1990, Baja Fresh operates or franchises 255 restaurants in 28 states in the U.S., Dubai and Singapore.
