Bank President

Jos. A. Bank Clothiers Inc. (Hampstead, Md.) promoted chief merchandising officer R. Neal Black to president of the company.

Robert Wildrick, ceo of the men’s specialty apparel retailer, will assume the additional title of executive chairman and continue to serve as the liaison between management and the board of directors. Wildrick will also have supervisory authority over all other officers of the company.

“We are very proud of our executive management team,” said chairman Andrew Giordano. “The board views these management changes as another step in the evolution of the company as we look forward to continued growth.”

The company operates 325 company-owned or franchised stores in 40 states and the District of Columbia.
