Bebe Stores Inc. (Brisbane, Calif.) named Emilia Fabricant president of Bebe stores, overseeing the Bebe division, including its merchandising, design, planning and allocation, online sales, production, marketing and retail planning. Fabricant will report directly to chairman and ceo Manny Mashouf.
O'Charley's Inc. (Nashville, Tenn.) has hired the ceo from Captain D's Seafood Kitchen as its next leader. David Head will join O'Charley's on September 1, taking over the position held by company chairman Philip Hickey on an interim basis since the departure of Jeff Warne two months ago.
Men's Wearhouse (Houston) named Susan Neal as senior vp, e-business and digital strategies. Neal most recently served as vp, e-commerce and business development at The Gymboree Corp.
Southern Imperial (Rockford, Ill.) has hired Steve Neumeyer as director of operations. He will be responsible for operations at the company’s Rockford facilities as well as managing director for the China facilities.
Hera Lighting (Norcross, Ga.) hired Bryan Wessling as the new sales manager for the West Coast. Wessling most recently worked for Cintas Corp.
Tri-North Builders (Madison, Wis.), a nationwide general contracting firm, added Anna Stern as vp, overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations

Italian restaurant chain Buca di Beppo plans to open four restaurants in Massachusetts in the fall, including locations in Dedham, Lexington, Seekonk, and Shrewsbury. They will be the first New England outposts for the Minneapolis chain, which runs more than 80 casual restaurants around the country.
