Best Buy Celebrates World Cup

Soccer fans in Los Angeles who aren’t attending the FIFA World Cup in South Africa, which kicks off this weekend, can still join in some celebrating. Five Best Buy stores in the Los Angeles area are offering soccer fans an opportunity to create their own World Cup memories through a unique in-store photo experience.

Inside participating Best Buy locations, fans can have their picture taken in front of a green screen, digitally transferred to a FIFA World Cup themed background and then printed out for them to take home. At home, fans can also visit www.cupisyours.com and customize their photo, as well as register to win a Sony Cyber-shot digital camera.

The promotion runs on weekends through July 4.
