Best Buy Offers Faster Free Shipping

Best Buy (Richfield, Minn.) has announced that it will offer free two-day shipping on all online orders completed before 10:30 am on Tuesday. The company also says that these orders are expected to be delivered before Christmas.

Star Tribune reports that Best Buy has offered free shipping on all orders since October, but by also offering free expedited shipping, the company aims to capture last-minute holiday shoppers.

Best Buy typically utilizes store inventories in addition to distribution centers in order to offer fast shipping to customers, and will continue this practice to fulfill these last-minute orders quicker than competitors.
