Bijan Sells for Record Price

The Bijan (Los Angeles) store in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, has been sold for a “record price” per square foot, according to brokers. The all-cash deal was made by an undisclosed buyer.

Last year, the Chanel building on Rodeo Drive broke records when it was sold for $13,217 per square foot, or $152 million total, according to the Los Angeles Business Journal.

Bijan has been at the same property for more than 40 years and is the longest-standing privately owned designer house on Rodeo Drive, according to the brokers that handled the confidential transaction.
