BJ’s Wholesale Club to Open 10 New Stores in 2022

BJ’s Wholesale Club (Westborough, MA) plans to open 10 new stores this year, Chain Store Age reports, with its newest location in Lansing, MI set to cut the ribbon on Friday, per a release from the retailer.

The article says that BJ’s appears to be making a slow move west, citing the Lansing location and a planned store in Columbus, OH after 20 years away from the market.

BJ’s currently operates 225 clubs and 156 BJ’s Gas locations in 17 states.
