Bon-Ton Adds New Executive to Board

Department store chain Bon-Ton Stores Inc. (Milwaukee) added a new executive to the company’s board and expanded the board to 10 members. The addition is Debra Simon, wife of board chairman Tim Grumbacher.

Simon, a cpa, most recently worked as coo for SF& Company, now called Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP (Chicago), an accounting and consulting firm.

York Daily Record reports that the company also announced last week that the company posted a $57 million net loss for 2015.
