Bread is Rising

Panera Bread Co. (Richmond Heights, Mo.) has announced agreements to expand into new markets, in California and Ohio.

The agreements, with Trigo Bread Co. LLC and Manna Development Group LLC, will develop 15 bakery-cafes in Southern Michigan, six in Northwest Ohio and 15 in San Diego.
