Brilliant Earth’s New Format Divides Stores into 4 Zones

PRIOR BRILLIANT EARTH locations were generally located on upper floors, but MG2 (Seattle) recently worked with the ethically-sourced jewelry brand to create its first ground-floor location in Atlanta. Designed as a kit of parts so it could be rolled out to other locations, the design ushers customers through four zones: Retail, Reception, Lounge and Showroom. Its Retail section is marked by its custom-designed millwork; Reception offers a seating area for meetings with the brand’s jewelry specialists or for other services; Lounge features a relaxed space for shoppers to await their appointment; and Showroom showcases the brand’s range of fine jewelry.
