Babies “R” Us (Wayne, N.J.) announced it will open its first Manhattan store, on Union Square, later this week.
The three-level store encompasses over 30,000 square feet.
“We are excited to open our first store in Manhattan,” said Rick Markee, president of Babies “R” Us, a division of Toys “R” Us. “With more than 100,000 babies born in New York City each year, our Babies ‘R’ Us store will offer the largest selection of newborn and infant merchandise for all the families in the New York area.”
