Callison Names New Ceo … and More Industry News

MANAGEMENT CHANGES

Le Bon Marché, the high-end department store owned by LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton, has named Patrice Wagner chairman and ceo. Wagner, who most recently served as general manager of Karstadt’s premium division, succeeds Philippe de Beauvoir, who will retire after more than 22 years at the helm of the landmark store. Wagner’s resume also includes stints at Berlin department store KaDeWe and Galeries Lafayette in Germany.

Callison (Seattle), an international architecture and design firm, has named James Rothwell as its new ceo. Rothwell has been with Callison for 26 years, most recently as a member of Callison’s board of directors and a practicing principal growing the international practice in the Middle East.

Dunkin' Brands Inc. (Canton, Mass.), parent company of Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins, has hired Neil Moses as chief financial officer. He most recently worked for Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC), a Massachusetts-based software company, where he served as executive vp, chief financial officer.

SuperValu Inc., parent company of Shoppers Food & Pharmacy, has appointed Tim Lowe as president of Shoppers. Lowe most recently served as senior vp of operations for Shoppers. Lowe replaces Dick Bergman, who retired from the company this month.

Tivoli Village at Queensridge (Las Vegas), a mixed-use urban lifestyle development opening March 2011, has named Tonia Chafetz as manager of specialty retail and marketing.

W2 Architectural Lighting (Garden City, N.Y.) has hired Kenneth Neppach as Eastern regional sales manager. W2 Architectural Lighting, a division of WAC Lighting, is a manufacturer and designer of track, recessed, cove and decorative lighting for retail, hospitality and commercial applications in the architectural and specification markets.

Architectural Systems Inc. (ASI, New York), a supplier of architectural materials, celebrated the inauguration of Cisfran Corporation's showroom featuring ASI materials in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. Cisfran is ASI's exclusive stocking distributor in the Caribbean.
