Canada Goose Names New President

Canada Goose (Toronto) has named Carrie Baker as its new President, effective immediately. Baker will report to the brand’s Chair and CEO Dani Reiss, according to a company press release.

The retailer says Reiss will “continue to oversee all aspects of the business, operations and strategy – with a consolidation of commercial leadership and marketing” under Baker.

Reiss says, “Carrie has played an instrumental role in making Canada Goose the business it is today. She is a dynamic leader and proven operator, and I am excited to partner with her in executing the Company’s bold vision … This change in structure marks an important inflection point for Canada Goose, on our way to the next milestone.”

Baker has been with for Canada Goose for more than 10 years and has held positions like Chief Communications Officer and EVP, Chief of Staff.
