Cfo Leaves Neiman Marcus

Neiman Marcus’ (Dallas) CFO and Senior VP Wanda Gierhart has announced that she will be leaving the company to pursue other opportunities.

The company has not yet named her successor or when she will leave the company, but she plans to stay on while the transition is made, reports Women’s Wear Daily.

Gierhart joined the retailer’s leadership team in 2009, when she oversaw its marketing and creative division as cmo. She was a key leader in helping the retailer develop and grow its e-commerce business as well as its global marketing and strategic planning.

Previously, she was president and ceo of TravelSmith Outfitters (Novato, Calif.) and also worked for Design Within Reach (Stamford, Conn.) and Limited Brands (Columbus, Ohio).
