Chili's Opens in Singapore

Chili's Grill & Bar (Dallas) has opened a new restaurant in the Tanglin Mall in Singapore, part of a larger agreement with franchisee Grandko Restaurants to open four new restaurants by 2011 in Singapore.

The restaurant interior includes customized menu lampshades and colorful tiled tables, large flat screen TVs and snapshots of Chili's all over the world. “We're excited to work with Grandko to bring the Chili's brand to the vibrant city of Singapore,” says John Reale, president of global business development, Brinker Intl.

Singapore diners can enjoy a variety of Southwestern American favorites, including the company’s signature fajitas, baby back ribs, burgers, Southwestern eggrolls and crispy honey-chipotle chicken crispers

Brinker owns, operates and franchises 206 restaurants outside the U.S. Chili's is the company’s flagship brand with more than 1400 locations in 29 countries and two territories.
