Chipotle Expands Employee Benefits

Chiptole (Denver) announced that it is expanding its benefits of full tuition reimbursement, paid sick days and paid vacation to all employees, including part-time workers. Previously, the perks were available only to salaried workers. The plan is set to go into effect July 1, reports Business Insider.

The move is an attempt to retain hourly workers and curb turnover within the chain. The company prefers to promote from within, so the hope is that these incentives will encourage more workers to stay and advance within the restaurants.
