November 21, 2016 – Doylestown, PA – Christine Taylor Collection, (“The Company” or “CTC”) has retained Equity Partners HG to seek a partner or buyer for the business. Founded in 1990, CTC provides visual merchandising solutions, retail store displays, and holiday decor services to retail stores such as Starbucks, Nordstrom, Bath & Body Works, Kohl’s, Neiman Marcus, JC Penney, Brooks Brothers and REI. CTC is headquartered in Doylestown, Pennsylvania and Christine Taylor Asia (“CTA”) in Hong Kong.
The Christine Taylor Collection team designs, develops, manufactures and delivers props, fixtures, custom decor and seasonal trim packages. Large and small customized pieces are made to order based on minimum order quantities and, where beneficial, are produced overseas to optimize production and support value pricing. Domestic options are also available. CTC offers a variety of materials and fabrication combinations to create custom designs.
