Cinnaholic Rolls Out Franchise Prototype

Emerging franchise Cinnaholic (Berkeley, Calif.), the first build-your-own cinnamon roll bakery, announced its new prototype, equipped with a modern design, a flexible footprint, and space to accommodate dine-in and on-the-go guests.

The new concept, which features an option to serve gourmet coffee to guests, was created to serve retail spaces 700-1200 square feet. Cinnaholic hopes to grow to 100 units in the next few years with its fresh franchise design and strategy.

“This new prototype and design mirrors the look and feel of our original storefront and is the culmination of tremendous research and creative execution by our franchise development team,” Florian Radke, co-founder of Cinnaholic, said in a statement.
