TV personality Clinton Kelly, co-host of the TLC television show, “What Not to Wear,” is launching a chain of retail stores in November called Perfect Fit by Clinton Kelly.

The stores are set to open in Minneapolis and Chicago and will offer tailoring, alterations, consultations and fashion advice.

Kelly has a line of women's casual wear sold through the shopping network, QVC, and recently launched Clinton Kelly's StyleRx, an app that helps women pick out clothes for their body type.
