Crave Restaurant Opens in Mall of America

Crave restaurant has opened its second location, in the Mall of America (Minneapolis). Owner Kaskaid Hospitality operates another Crave restaurant in the Galleria Edina (Edina, Minn.).

Kaskaid worked with Shea Inc., a Minneapolis-based design and marketing firm, on the design of the 9400-square-foot space located in the former site of the California Café.

The environment is open and chic with high ceilings, rich hues and warm wood accents. Design features include a large open kitchen, a full sushi bar, private dining areas, a bar and lounge area with warm, glowing onyx accents, a large eight-sided glass wine room and two patio areas, one of which overlooks the Mall of America's Nickelodeon Universe indoor theme park.

Crave is a full-service restaurant and bar that serves lunch, dinner and late-night fare.
