EcoLux Boutique Pops Up in NY

EcoLux boutique, which sells environmentally sustainable clothing and accessories from top industry designers, will open a pop-up shop in Grand Central's Vanderbilt Hall from April 19 – 24. The pop-up is part of Earth Day New York's weeklong celebration at Grand Central, which includes an outdoor festival on Vanderbilt Avenue, along with short films from celebrities such as Matthew Modine and Adrian Grenier.

Eric Dorfman, founder of the GreenShows, which produces eco-friendly runway shows for New York Fashion Week, will run the tempororay EcoLux shop. The open-style 1400-square-foot boutique will carry design from Samantha Pleet, House of Organic and Redhanded Bags, and makeup from Dex New York Cosmetics.

“We're creating a six-day pop-up store of luxury eco,” says Dorfman.
