Five Below Expands into Oklahoma

Pre-teen and teen brand Five Below (Philadelphia) announced the grand opening of its first Oklahoma-based store on June 3 in Oklahoma City.

A second store is set to open in Edmond, Okla., June 24.

The off-price chain is one of the fastest growing retailers in the country with more than 450 stores in 28 states, according to Nasdaq. The Oklahoma stores are part of a plan to open 85 new stores in 2016, increasing Five Below’s store count to 522 by year’s end. Last year, the retailer opened 71 new stores.
